Working With Me

My Goal As A Therapist

My goal is to create a warm, genuine, and compassionate space where you feel validated and comfortable expressing your emotions.

What Therapy Looks Like With Me

I do not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I believe every client is unique and that interventions should be tailored to your specific needs. My therapeutic approach is warm, genuine, and compassionate. I will actively listen and gently encourage you towards increasing self-acceptance, challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, and learning effective coping skills to uncover and utilize the power within yourself to make meaningful changes in your life. I strive to make you feel supported and accepted throughout the counseling process.
